iPad Troubleshooting

If your iPad is older than 5th generation, (made before 2015), Nessy may not function reliably. The minimum iOS / iPad OS version we can fully support is 15.7. Older Apple devices may be limited to an unsupported version.

Several other elements can affect performance, such as battery age and health, other features or apps running on a device, or anything which can limit resources available for the browser to run Nessy. We endeavour to troubleshoot as many devices and make Nessy as widely supported as we can. 

When using an iPad, it is usually best to use Safari as the browser.  Please note that Apple may occasionally release updates that contain bugs.  Although this is out of our control, we will continue to work quickly and update the games. If you notice issues with Safari on your iPad, please try using a different browser (like Chrome) to troubleshoot your problem first.

Here are a few things to do to try and improve performance on an iPad:
1.    Close any apps running in the background - Double-tap the Home button and swipe up all the screens you see in the background to close them.
2.    Clear your History and Website data (found in Settings > Safari)
3.    Ensure that Cookies aren’t being blocked (found in Settings > Safari)
4.    Use the device in landscape rather than portrait.
5.    Turn the device off and on again.
6.    Make sure the iPad is updated and running the latest version of the iPad operating system
